About Us

We come to you fully equipped in our retro 1948 classic caravan. This caravan is our kitchen, and our servery and our Cantina. We are dedicated in providing good quality food & service.  Our service caters for festivals, shows, events and also we provide a private catering service.

Our food is lovingly prepared and is healthy; we pride ourselves on limiting our supply of anything that is deep fried. Our food is affordable, plus we know what is in our food. We do provide options for vegetarian and gluten intolerant customers.

We specialise in Tex/Mexican: A style of food that is influenced by America (mostly TEXAS) and Mexico. Usually meat, cheese, beans & spices are the main ingredients.  Please note that all our food is made for mild palates’ but there is hotter alternatives if you are a little more daring.  Although we specialise in Tex/Mexican we are happy to meet your needs and requirements.


Our Team

We are a family owned business. Mother and Daughter team Barbara and Gretchen run the food side of the business and our very tolerant partners Tony & James are in the operational department plus they get roped into the caravan every once and a while to help out.  We can't forget our youngest member of our team, Mr Toddler Zac, he likes to oversee the whole operation from the ground up.  


Mexican Fiesta

Want something a little different for your next party.  A Mexican party is a really great theme to explore the possibilities plus the food is great.  We can event plan your next Mexican 'Fiesta' and supply the food to go with it.  Plus you get the retro red lunch box 1948 classic caravan parked at your place, great food, great atmosphere. Lunch Run

STARTING OCTOBER 2015

Our Thursday lunch run is proving to be very popular.  If you live in Geraldine and want your lunch delivered to you.  Give us a shout. All orders must be in by 9am on each Thursday.  Delivery THURSDAY between 11am and 12pm.

Sopa: Refreshing Tomato-Lime & Chilli Bean Soup served hot. $5.00 (optional extra: Toasted Cheese Quesadilla $10.00)

Burrito: Pulled Pork with Rice & Mango dressed slaw. $10.00 (served hot)

Burrito: Vegetarian option available.

CORN Chips served with two dipping sauces, Smokey Salsa, Queso Cheese Sauce $7.00 (served cold)
